English-born Ghanaian sensation Keenan Appiah-Forson has revealed how he has completely been likened to Chelsea star N’Golo Kante following his imperious display at West Ham United U-23 side.
The budding midfielder who signed a scholarship contract with the Hammers last year and has since continued to show to class between games in matches played so far mentioned in an interview with GhanasportsOnline that his teammates have easily branded him as the next N’Golo Kante to storm the English Premier League in future.
Appiah-Forson made his West Ham U-23 debut in October 2018 when he came off the bench to feature for the Hammers in their 1-0 defeat at Everton.

“[I get compared to Kante a lot because of my style of play and vision.]” said the 17-year old midfielder.
Born in England to Ghanaian immigrant parents, the highly-talented enforcer is eligible to represent either Ghana or England. But, he is undecided over the choice.
“I could play for either of them.”
The youngster however, waded into the Lionel Messi vrs Cristiano Ronaldo debate as he picked the former over the latter.
“Messi. He’s just the G. O. A. T. He’s exciting to watch.”
Despite playing for West Ham’s London rivals Chelsea Keenan admits he is a fan of the Blues.
“Chelsea is my favourite club.”
He reveals he once tried out at Tottenham Hotspur, Charlton Athletic and Millwall.
“One thing most people don’t know about me is that I trailed for Charlton, Millwall and Spurs. One as striker, as a right back and a midfielder.”
In five years time he sees himself: “Playing first team football in the Premier League.”
He says he was brought to Ghana once when he was a child by his immigrant Ghana parents.
“Yes, I’ve been to Ghana before when I was very young.”
