Ghanaian youngster Kamal Sowah has stepped up pre-season training with English Premier League team and 2021 FA CUP winners Leicester City ahead of the start of the 2021-22 Premier League campaign.
The Leicester City loanee shined in his first season in the top-flight league in Belgium with Oud-Haverlee Leuven and has been returned to his parent club in England.

Sowah played in 34 matches in the Pro League last season and scored eight goals as well as providing six assists for the newly promoted team.
After excelling on loan in Belgium, the Ghanaian youngster has been included in the first team of the Europa League side for their pre-season training to have a chance to impress manager Brendan Rodgers.

The 21-year-old Ghanaian attacker was invited by Black Stars coach CK Akonnor for Ghana’s international friendly games against Morocco and Ivory Coast but the young lad asked the Ghana technical handlers to exempt him from the team due to personal reasons.
Sowah ranked as the 4th player with most minutes played in the 2020-21 Belgium Jupiler Pro League after playing 3041 minutes for OH Leuven.
