Black Queens Coach Mercy Tagoe Quarcoo says she is raising a quality side to defend the WAFU Zone B trophy next month in Ivory Coast. She has called up thirty players to begin camping in Cape Coast for the competition.
The Black Queens will battle host Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Togo, Senegal, Niger, Burkina Faso and Mali for the ultimate.
The 45-year –old guided Ghana to win the maiden edition last year is confident of repeating the same feat come next month.
The team is currently camping in Cape Coast and will leave for Ivory Coast on May 5 for the competition which starts on May 8.Ghana will play her first game against Senegal
