Medeama SC head coach Nebojsa Kapor has revealed that he is holding in-depth discussions with his players in an effort to reverse the club’s recent slump in form.
The former Ghana Premier League champions are winless in their last three matches, having suffered a 2-0 defeat to Bechem United and drawing goalless with both Heart of Lions and FC Samartex. This marks a stark contrast to their earlier performance, where Medeama won their opening three games and sat at the top of the table.
With an important match against Nations FC at the TNA Sports Stadium looming on Sunday, Kapor is focusing on fixing the issues affecting his team.
“I am also a little deep in discussing with the players how to work on some things we should be able to do better and how to fix some issues in our next matches,” Kapor said, highlighting the ongoing internal review.
Despite the setback, Medeama currently sits third in the league standings with 11 points, just one point behind the leaders, as they look to return to winning ways.
