Management of Aduana Stars insists their finances have been badly affected by the current standoff between the government and the Ghana football Association.
Government is in court seeking to dissolve the GFA after several referees and GFA officials were implicated in the number 12 expose by investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas .
The Ogya lads will be chasing their first win of the campaign when they host AS Vita Club on Wednesday in the CAF Confederation Cup at home .
They are yet to receive their participation fee of 275,000 dollars from CAF because the account of the FA has been frozen by government.

“The owner of the club is very worried because the situation is frustrating”
“It got to a time that our players were not even attending training sessions because we owed them ”
“Our participation money of $275,000 dollars has not been paid to us by CAF because GFA’s account has benn frozen by government and we are really struggling”he added.
