Budding Ghanaian defender Issifu Samed’s 66th-minute header was enough to give CD Leganés ‘B’ 1-0 win against CD Móstoles at the El Soto Municipal Stadium on Sunday in Spanish Tercera Division.
Three points for CD Leganés ‘B’ makes them the only undefeated team in the Madrid third division.
Carlos Martínez’s side are currently in second position with 32 points in their locker, but with one outstanding game.
CD Leganés next league game will be on Wednesday against Móstoles CF at exactly 8pm local time.
Samed swapped UD Extremadura for CD Leganes on the transfer deadline day where he signed a two-year deal.
The 20-year-old was one of the key players for Extremadura U-19 side last season.
