The Brentford starman scored his debut Ghana goal on the 21st minutes of the match to put Black Stars 1-0 before Almoez Ali’s equalizer in the 44th minutes.
Ghana scored four additional goals in the second half to record a resounding 5-1 win over the Asian Champions after succumbing to Mali on Friday.
Fosu scored his first goal in two friendly games for Ghana after making his full debut.
