Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey is set to leave Arsenal when his contract expires at the end of June, confirming reports that surfaced last week.
Partey, who joined the Gunners from Atlético Madrid in 2020, will depart as a free agent after four seasons at the Emirates.
Arsenal have already begun the search for his replacement, with talks currently ongoing with Brentford over Danish midfielder Christian Nørgaard.
The 30-year-old is seen as a potential key addition to Mikel Arteta’s midfield plans for the 2025/26 campaign.
