Ghanaian midfielder Salis Abdul Samed turned the ball into his own net as Lens came back from behind to beat Clermont Foot 2-1 in Ligue 1.
Samed scored an own goal to give his former club the lead but his teammates combined to overturn the deficit. Samed’s own goal came in the 39th minute.
Said equalised for the hosts at the hour mark and Fofana completed the comeback just eight minutes later.
Lens are currently 2nd on the log with 36 points, just two points behind PSG. Salis is expected to be named in the final squad as Ghana prepare for the 2022 World Cup.
