Sporting Director of Red Bull Salzburg, Christoph Freund says the club is very pleased with the development of Ghana U23 left-back Gideon Mensah.
Mensah, 21, is currently on loan at Sturm Graz and has played six matches this season in the Austrian topflight, putting up top class performances.
Freund confirms that Mensah has really developed brilliantly in his loan deal which is good news for his mother club.
“We are pleased because Gideon has been excellent in his loan deal at Sturm Graz. It is a good news for us. Sturm and Gideon have not fallen yet. “Freund told Kleine Zeitung
Mensah joined Sturm Graz on a short-term loan deal during the January transfer and the club want want to lock him down permanently before the season ends following his imperious form for the the Blackies.
