Legon Cities head coach Paa Kwesi Fabin has expressed his dissatisfaction with his team’s performance in the Ghana Premier League, stating it is “nothing to write home about.”
The Royals are currently winless after six league matches, managing only one draw in that stretch, which has left them at the bottom of the league table with just one point ahead of their upcoming trip to Berekum Chelsea on Sunday.
“Our performance is nothing to write home about. I have played six matches without a win,” Fabin said during his pre-match interview. “The only one draw I don’t think is good enough. So we are working hard around the club to change the narrative.”
He emphasized the club’s commitment to improvement, mentioning the implementation of new strategies at training: “By implementing certain conditions at training, we will try to see what happens. We are working on it, and we believe things will turn around soon.”
Fabin also urged fans to remain supportive during this challenging period: “Sometimes, in a league situation, it happens, so they should not abandon us; they should stay behind us and support us so that we can come back strongly.”
