Osman Bukari’s hat-trick helped Red Star Belgrade secure their 34th league title against Backa Topola.
The 24-year-old scored three goals in just 28 minutes, powering his team to a 4-1 victory at the Red Star stadium.
Backa Topola took the lead early in the game through Ifet Dakovac’s penalty, but Bukari equalized just before halftime. He then gave Red Star the lead on the hour mark before Guelor Kanga extended the advantage eight minutes later. Bukari completed his hat-trick with 15 minutes left in the game to secure the win.
In a post on his official Twitter page, Osman Bukari is happy to have been on the scoresheet and also helping his side clinch the league title.
The Ghanaian winger has been in excellent form since joining the Serbian club, scoring 11 goals in 25 league matches. This was his second hat-trick for the club.
