Romanian second-tier side CSC Dumbravita have secured the services of Ghanaian youngster Daniel Bruce Nortey, the cluh has announced.
Nortey, 19, joins the Green and White lads on a one-year deal from Ghanaian lower-tier club Emmanuel FC.
Nortey was hugely impressive during his two-week trial with the Dumbravița-based side.
”Our club secured the services of Daniel Bruce Nortey, a 19-year-old Ghanaian attacking midfielder. He will be our player until the end of the 2023/2024 season,” the club announced.
The statement added that: ”Born on February 15, 2004, in Ghana’s capital, Accra, Bruce started football at Emmanuel City, and this spring he arrived in Romania, at UTA Arad. He trained with the Arad team during the summer and was included in the “Old Lady” squad at the first two rounds of SuperLiga Romania, with Oţelul Galați (1-1) and CFR Cluj (1-3).

He featured in Dumbravita’s pre-season game against Romanian SuperLiga sides Galati Steel.
The Osu native was in top shape during the side’s pre-season 1-0 loss at CFR Cluj.
