The round of 64 draw of the 2020-21 Ghana’s FA Cup competition sponsored by MTN has seen giants killers, Asokwa Deportivo SC paired against Wassaman United FC.
The Asokwa-based Division One League Zone Two team will face their competitors in the, Wassaman United FC in the next weekend clash in the 2020-21 FA Cup.
Deportivo SC famously defeated nine-time champions, Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC in the competition last year at the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi.
Despite their 2-1 comeback win over the Porcupine Warriors, the competition was truncated due to the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic in March 2020 which brought the competition to an abrupt end.
This season, Wassaman have gotten the better of Deportivo with one win and a draw in the Division One League Zone Two.
The tier promises to be full of fireworks after the last meeting between the two teams in Ejisu in the week 20 encounter Deportivo visit them in Ejisu in just two weeks interval.
