Ghana’s head coach Milovan Rajevac has confirmed that AFC Ajax Amsterdam midfielder, Kudus Mohammed will play a part in this AFCON tournament despite not being in camp at the moment.
Kudus sustained a rib injury whiles on international duty with Black Stars in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers against South Africa in Cape Coast last year November.

The Ajax star has been named in the Black Stars squad for the tournament though he’s on training tour with his club currently in Portugal.
According to Milovan Rajevac, the young and amazing player will have a part to play for Ghana at the African Cup of Nations tournament in Cameroon.

“Kudus picked a rib injury vs South Africa. He went through treatment and he just started training. Ghana expects him to join the team in a weeks time.”
“Certainly he will play a part in this tournament”, he told the press ahead tomorrow’s game.
The Serbian tactician took Ghana to the Africa Cup of Nations final in 2010 and will be hoping to replicate same thing or even win the tournament for the four-time champions.
Ghana will play Morocco in their opening match tomorrow at 4pm.
