Medeama SC midfielder-anchor Richard Boadu has returned to the team to face Kumasi-based King Faisal FC today at the Akoon Park in Tarkwa.
Boadu returns to his side after missing the FA Cup winover regional rivals Karela United at Anyinase last Sunday due to injury.
The combative and highly-rated midfielder joined his colleagues in training on Monday and has been included in the 18-man squad for today’s match.
Boadu scored a beauty of a goal for the Yellow and Mauves against Premier League title chasers Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC at the Len Clay Stadium as Medeama won 2-1 on the day.
Medeama are keen for a top four finish this season and the midfielder’s inclusion could be very pivotal in today’s game against the relegation battlers.
