Maxwell Hanson will be the center referee when Bechem United welcome Berekum Chelsea to the Nana Ansu Gyeabour Park on Sunday during Week 29 of the Ghana Premier League.
The Tema-based Class 1 referee is not a new name in the Ghanaian game and his decent performances – not completely free from controversies – means he is mostly handed some of the interesting games to oversee.
Chelsea thrashed King Faisal by 5-0 during Week 28 but they know a game in Bechem against the Hunters is always a difficult one.
The stakes in this game are high and Hanson and his assistants are expected to produce an acceptable level of refereeing performance.
