It comes only months after he was pictured kissing another woman – he also had an affair with another woman in 2014.
The Manchester United man is celebrating the birth of a little girl with his wife Eugenia Lusardo.
It marks a momentous change in fortunes for the Argentinian defender, who has cheated on his wife on previous occasions.
In March this year was pictured kissing a stunning 19-year-old blonde PR girl Chabeli Trinidad Banchero at a nightclub in Buenos Aires.
Rojo – who romped with fitness instructor Sarah Watson, 34, – was caught on camera smoking and kissing the neck of a blonde outside a bar.
In December 2014, seedy Rojo –who is paid £70,000 a week, hit the headlines after embarking on an affair with Watson, 34, who he met at the Manchester United players’ Christmas party, an encounter that led to a court battle.
The glamorous blonde received the threat of jail, a draconian gagging order and, she said, the outrageous and disturbing claim she was no more than a greedy blackmailer.
After the injunction was lifted, she said: ‘Marcos claimed I had demanded £100,000 to keep quiet about our encounter.
“They tried to trap me.”
And last month X-rated photos said to show love rat Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo in his full glory went viral. 
The graphic pictures appeared on an Argentinian-run Twitter site which has nearly 150,000 followers and specialises in publishing information about football players and their conquests.
The more family-friendly pictures show a heavily-tattooed man lying on a bed in Ralph Lauren underpants.
The well-known Twitter site that published them leaked them in two parts alongside a picture of Rojo in a United tracksuit and an image of a grenade in a clear indication of the bombshell piece of news it was delivering.
