Former Asante Kotoko striker Kwame Opoku says he has close ties with former Dreams FC attacker Joseph Esso as both players currently ply their football trade in Algeria.
Opoku and Esso left their respective clubs in the Ghana Premier League after the first round to join USM Alger and MC Alger respectively. The pair are moving on well in the North African country according to the former Porcupine.
“Esso normally comes to my house. He stays not far from where I stay” Opoku said in an interview with Fox FM.

“We often meet and talk about many issues” he revealed.
Opoku scored 7 goals in the Ghana league for Kotoko before moving abroad whilst Esso was the scorer of 11 goals for Dreams FC.
