King Faisal midfielder Boateng Frimpong is content with his side’s 1-1 stalemate against Aduana Stars on Sunday at the Ohene Ameyaw Park.
The ‘Isha Allah’ boys were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Paa Kwesi Fabian’s side in Matchday two of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
Captain Yahaya Mohammed scored for the visitors before Frimpong Boateng grabbed the equalizer for the home side who suffered a 4-3 loss to WAFA in their season opener last week in Sogakope.
Speaking after the game, Boateng Frimpong said: ”It was a good game. I’m very happy with my performance and the team in general,”
“We dominated the game and deserved something better. Draw isn’t bad but we wanted the maximum points. We have improved a lot this season, unlike last season.” he added.
