Former Black Stars midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng and striker Kwasi Appiah has sparked speculation about their potential Black Stars return ahead of crucial Nigeria games.
The two players cunning reply to a Twitter post which suggested there is a possibility Ghanaians might see the duo return to the team for the crucial game.
Joy FM’s Gary Al-Smith took to Twitter to reveal there will be surprises and some interesting names in Otto Addo’s team for the upcoming FIFA World Cup playoffs this month.
“The Ghana squad for Nigeria. There will be surprises. A few gambles here and there. Let’s see how it goes,” Gary posted.
The Hertha Berlin star they quickly replied: “Let’s see.”

“For me going back to Afcon would be a massive honour,” Appiah told the BBC World Service’s Sportsworld programme when he was invited by former coach, Kwesi Appiah before AFCON 2019.
“I’ve given everything, every time I’ve been in that shirt, the coach knows that, the players know my value in the team.
“I’m hopeful I will get that call because I have unfinished business and we as a nation have unfinished business. Hopefully the experience from the previous tournament I went to can be taken into consideration.”
