Ghanaian midfielder Jeffrey Schlupp is enjoying his time at Celtic after making the switch from Crystal Palace during the January transfer window. The experienced player has already made a
strong impression, featuring in seven Scottish Premiership matches, scoring one goal, and providing an assist.
Schlupp was in action again on Saturday, playing a role in Celtic’s dominant 3-0 victory over Heart of Midlothian. Speaking after the match, he expressed his satisfaction with his performances and his seamless adaptation to life at the club.
“I feel like I am doing a good job. The gaffer is happy for me. He is playing me and giving me minutes which is important for me. I’m just happy and any minute I get I will be happy. Of course, I knew I was joining a successful team and I have enjoyed and settled in well,” Schlupp said.
The 32-year-old joined Celtic on a short-term loan deal and is expected to return to Crystal Palace at the end of the season. However, with his positive contributions and growing confidence, he remains focused on helping the Scottish giants achieve success before his loan spell concludes.
