Hasaacas Ladies star player, Doris Boaduwaa says the team will ‘come back stronger’ after suffering a painful defeat to South Africa outfit Mamelodi Sundowns in the final of the first ever CAF Women’s Champions League.
The Ghanaian forward was devastated after the loss to the Brazilian Ladies but has promised Ghanaians of greater success in the near future.

The Ghanaian champions, who were the top scorers in the tournament failed to break Sundowns down as they emerged winners of the inaugural competition without conceding a single goal.
The Ghanaian U20 player scored one goal in the competition in her team’s semifinal win against ASFAR from Morocco, but could not hide her feelings after the defeat on Friday evening.
“I never thought of losing, but now that it’s happened, the only thing is to do it right. That’s my obligation to all the people who believe in me. We all have to take defeats in life. Thank You Ghana. We will come back stronger”, she wrote on social media.
