Asante Kotoko midfielder Fabio Gama says although he personally does not believe in Black magic [‘juju’] in football, some people in his native country strongly have faith in it.
The Brazilian international joined the Porcupine Warriors on a two-year deal on a free transfer prior to the start of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season.
“For me, I don’t believe in ‘juju’ but some people believe in it in Brazil,” Kotoko star Fabio Gama told Pure FM.
Gama who was initially tipped to be a flop in Ghana has gone ahead to become for Asante Kotoko in the ongoing Ghana Premier League season, scoring two goals in 14 games.
He has also provided three assists.
