JS Sauora President Mohamed Zerouati says Accra Hearts of Oak beat his side in the CAF Confederations Cup game due to what he sees as “juju”.
Zerouati mentioned that the dressing room allocated to his side had been sprayed with something and all the was smelling bad which they could not contain.
“When we arrived and during our first training session at the stadium that will host the game, we reported a weird smell a strong, very unpleasant odor. We were promised to fix the problem but on match day we ran into the same problem, it’s weird. ” He told the Press upon his arrival in Algeroa.
“We do not know what it is but maybe is something they did to defeat us in the game.”
Hearts of Oak won the game by two goals to nothing and will play as guest to JS Saoura on December 5 in Algeria.
