Hearts of Oak striker Obeng Kojo Junior has explained his goal celebration in an interview with Kumasi-based Fox FM.
The left-footed attacker has scored 8 goals this season in the Ghana Premier League and is the leader of goals for his team closely followed by Victor Aidoo who has 7 goals.
The lanky striker mostly celebrates his goals by hitting his chest and pointing to the crest embossed on the jersey.
“The reason I celebrate that way is that I send information to people to remind them of the club I play for.” He said to Kumasi-based Fox FM.
“That’s why I hit my chest and then point to the Hearts of Oak crest” he added.
