Ghanaian Youth versatile defender Eric Boakye has undergone a successful surgery after suffering a knee injury on July 1 in a game against NK Bravo.
The former Asokwa Deportivo workaholic and vibrant righ-back has been a pivot for the the Green and Whites since joining the Slovenia side in 2018.
The young and dependable defender has been a driving force for the league leaders this season with a consistent performances which has lead to so many German clubs chasing after his signature.
Boakye has played 20 times in the league this season and has scored one goal with three assists to his name for NK Olimpija Ljubljana who are top of the Slovenia Prva Liga.
