FC Nordsjaelland, a Danish Super Liga side, has secured the signing of Ghanaian prodigy Issaka ‘Baba’ Seidu on a long-term contract.
The 18-year-old left-back, known for his agility and unique playing style, caught the attention of the club’s technical staff during his time at the renowned Ghanaian-based Right to Dream Academy.
Seidu is the latest talent from the Right to Dream Academy to join FC Nordsjaelland in the ongoing transfer window, following the footsteps of Araphat Mohammed, Caleb Yirenkyi, Levy Nene, and Stephen Acquah.
In an official statement, FC Nordsjaelland confirmed the acquisition of the young defender, expressing their excitement about adding him to their Superliga squad for the upcoming season.
Seidu is set to join the team during their pre-season training starting on June 24, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his football journey.
Despite his promising talent, Seidu has yet to represent Ghana at any level, leaving ample room for further development and potential international appearances in the future.
