German-born Ghanaian international Ragnar Ache has extended his contract with newly promoted Dutch Eredivisie side Spart Rotterdam.
Ache, 21, has signed a fresh two -year deal which will see him stay with the Castle Lords up to June 30, 2021.
The talented striker was a key member for the Under 21 team of Sparta last season, where in netted five goals in 11 games in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie making them to extend his contract.
“Ragnar has had a lot of injuries during the first part of the last season, but he has come out of it very well,” says Henk van Stee about the striker. ‘At the end of last season, he proved to have specific qualities and scoring ability, something he shows again in the preparation for this season. We wanted to connect him to the club for longer and are happy that he remains Spartan. ”
Ache, born to Ghanaian parents in Frankfurt but he is yet to be represent either Ghana or Germany at any level.
