Swazi Premier League side Mbabane Swallows have invited Ghana,Zimbabwe and Namibia players for trials.
The Birds are currently assessing Ghanaian midfielder Mahmoud Sliman, Zimbabwean centre-back Charles Muteri and a Namibian forward known as Ronald.
Media reports from Swaziland indicate that the side is preparing to travel to South Africa to take part in the Prince Mangosuthu Legacy Cup in Ulundi.
On the other hand, Isihlangu Semnikati striker Felix Badenhorst is also training with the team as he wants to return to the side.
Badenhorst wants to leave DRC giants AS Vita as he publicly stated his unhappiness in the country citing unfavourable conditions in the war-torn capital city Kinshasa.
The club’s general manager Sandile Zwane confirmed the presence of the three international trialists being assessed at the club.
“We have invited them for trials and it is not like they just came for themselves. We are cognisant of the tight schedule we have this season and from the lessons we got playing in Africa, we have since realised that we need to have a well-balanced team,” said Zwane Via africanfootball.com
Despite failing to reach the quarter-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup, Swallows have recently signed Ndumiso Ndaba and Simanga Shongwe of Mbabane Midas City.
