Ghana’s international forward David Accam has won the 2020-21 Sweden Cupen with Hammarby IF over BK Hacken on Sunday evening.
The Ghanaian forward came from the bench to score his spot kick after the game ended goalless after 90 minutes.
The 30-year-old versatile attacker joined the Green and Yellows from Major League Soccer side Nashville FC in January and has won his first trophy with the club.
Accam’s loan deal with the Swedes team will end in January 2022 as the club lifted their second ever trophy with the club after winning their first trophy in 2001 when they won the league title.
