Ghanaian winger Evans Mensah scored on his debut for Al Kharitiyath in the QSL on Monday.
The home side won 2-0 over Al Ahli Doha to progress to the next stage Qatari QSL Cup.
The lethal Ghanaian winger opened the scoring in the 59th minute.
Abdelhadi Ameen sealed the win with a very late goal in added-on time.
Evans was replaced in the 75th with Abdelhadi Ameen replacing him.
