The Black Meteors striker Kwabena Owusu and Jackson Muleka from DR Congo are joint top scorers in the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations qualifiers with four goals.
The 21-year-old Salamanca front man was on target for the Black Meteors as they thrashed Gabon 4-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday.
Before that open for Ibrahim Tanko’ side over the weekend, he had famously scored a hat-trick in Ghana’s first round qualifier against Togo at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Winger Osman Bukari also has three goals to his credit and joints up with Sudan’s Waleed Hamid.
Bernard Tekpetey and Nassam Yakubu have all scored one each.
Ghana take Gabon on Tuesday in the reverse with Owusu, Bukari and Tekpetey all expected in action.
