Ghanaian forward, Sadat Karim was arguably the most important player for Swedes side Halmstads BK in the 2020 Sweden Superettan campaign.
The former Accra Hearts of Oak striker Sadat Karim scored six crucial goals for the Blue and Golds in the Sweden second tier with his goals coming against teams like Trelleborgs on the final day, brace against Dalkurd FF, Ôsters IF both home and away, and also against Västeràs SK respectively.
Sadat was not only a good goal scorer but also topped the assists list for his team as he provided ten assists from 28 games he was involved in for the Sweden Superettan champions.
The 29-year-old Ghanaian forward picked his first assist of the season in the Sweden Superettan against Norrby at home on July 8 after going four matches without a goal or assist.
After that game, the goal poacher picked up from there and was Unstoppable as he added nine assist to his first to become the top player with most assists in the season for his team.
At the end of the season, Sadat was not only top of the assist list for his team as he was joint top assist provider with teammate Samuel Kroon and Erik Lindell of Degerfors with ten assists each.
The former Phobian was also the fifth top scorer for his team as they secured promotion into the top-flight of Sweden football for the 2021 season by winning the Superettan at the end of the campaign.
