French-born Ghanaian forward Grejohn Kyei registered third league goal of the season as he propelled Lens to an emphatic 4-1 win over Niort in the French Ligue 2 on Monday night.
The 23-year-old Stade de Reims forward scored first for Lens on the 62nd minute as they sealed a thrilling victory at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis.
Kyei lasted 79 minutes after being replaced by Thierry Ambrose.
The Lensois are now fourth on the chart and are 11 points shy of leaders Metz’s 56.
The striker is spending the entire season on loan the club from Ligue campaigners Reims.
