German Bundesliga 2 side Fortuna Düsseldorf Coach, Uwe Rösler has confirmed the departure of Ghanaian striker Nana Ampomah.
In a press conference on Friday ahead of Düsseldorf’s clash with Holstein Kiel, the manager revealed that the Ghana International is missing from training because he’s close to the exit door of the club.
“I was told he’s not available for selection for our upcoming match on Sunday against Holstein Kiel”, he said.
Ampomah is supposed to complete the medical check at his future club Royal Antwerp. At least that’s what the “Bild” reports.
The 24-year-old attacker is not very popular with Rösler anyway, a later move back to Belgium has long been haunted by the Bundesliga relegated and could be on his way out of the German team latest by Monday.
