Former Hearts of Oak coach, Samuel Boadu, is on the brink of finalizing a two-year contract with Aduana Stars, according to sources disclosed to Ghanasoccernet.
This development follows Aduana Stars’ decision to part ways with their former coach, Paa Kwesi Fabin, due to his inability to secure the Ghana Premier League title in the previous season.
Insiders familiar with the matter have indicated that Aduana Stars are actively engaged in negotiations to secure Boadu’s services and fill the vacant coaching position.
Boadu, who recently assumed the role of a temporary coach with Division Two outfit Kumasi Cornerstone, is expected to make the transition to Aduana Stars if the arrangement comes to fruition.
Recognized for his significant achievements during his tenure with Hearts of Oak, Boadu notably led the team to a remarkable resurgence. In 2021, he put an end to the club’s lengthy trophy drought in the Ghana Premier League, clinching their first league title since 2009.
