Former Black Stars coach, Charles Kwabla Akonnor is heading back to the capital giants alongside for trainer of Accra Great Olympics Kobby Mensah according to report.
Accra Hearts of Oak are without a substantive coach after the exit of Dutch trainer Martin Koopman. The ex-Al Nasr coach was shown the exit due to poor performance after only four months with the club.
CK Akonnor is expected to be paired with tough talking coach Kobby Mensah. According to report, negotiations have been on-going between the ex-Kotoko trainer and the management of Accra Hearts of Oak with regard to terms and conditions of the contract.
Accra Hearts of Oak have been very inconsistent this season with just one win in eight matches. The Phobians have been linked with Tom Strand and Amadu Nuredeen of Samartex in the past weeks.
