Feature: Football and Numerology 4

⚽ by ⚽
May 17, 2022
in Football, Ghana
Reading Time: 7 mins read

Sitting at the heart of this periodical is the desire to rip off the veil of mysteries behind which the talents and their games and the results their games produce take place. Football and Numerology is the theme here.

Along the course of this learning, I expect to strike some raw nerves and even foment opposition as a result of the subject’s incidental dissemination of supposed to be muted truths which may knock some people off their perches of religious faith and other long-held beliefs. Even though such an event should solidly be considered a by-product of this subject and should under no context be viewed as its centerpiece, I say a very big sorry in advance for any emotional hurts a reader may suffer. Do not leave your faith for whatever learned here. Life can be a chaotic phase, rendering survival almost impossible and it takes the fittest of the fittest to cope with some of these challenges till the point of peace is reached. Some run to several belief systems and philosophies to manage these trials.

We all are not woven in the same pattern or cut from the same cloth and what offers a ‘solution’ or better still a pseudo solution to one man, may lay the groundwork for further woes for another. Whatever has given you emotional satisfaction to date and has allowed you to accept life’s challenges with little pain, cannot by virtue of reason be abandoned. I admit to the exclusion of all else that the truth is one and can never be counterfeited. Nonetheless the steps taken in accepting and reacting to the truth (whether known or unknown) can be myriad, one of which may be what has kept you going to date.

Football and numerology hones in on football using the lens of numerology. It sets out to explain the whys? And hows? In football.

Last week I wrote on the numerology number 4 and stated from the outset, that, our understanding of this subject ‘Football and Numerology’ can better be accelerated by a healthy understanding of the numbers and their vibrational impacts on us. Today we turn into the lane of numerology number 5.

Numerology number 5

In numerology we look at numbers from 1-9, and it is into this range of numbers that all numbers resolve. When we count from 1-9, 5 sits in the middle. He who sits in the middle is or must be respected, feared and possibly liked by both sides. In Numerology 5 is the luckiest number; ahead of 6 and 1, and it is the number of the planet Mercury.

Mercury is the smallest planet in our solar system and the one that is closest to the Sun. It takes Mercury 88 days to complete one revolution in its orbit and it is the speediest of all planets. As a comparatively bright object in the evening or morning sky, Mercury had renown in many ancient cultures. The ancient Greeks associated this celestial body with their god, Hermes (Romans Mercury), the swift messenger of the gods.

As if the ancient Greeks and Romans had divined enough this planet’s exact essence or vibration on man, they named their god Hermes (Romans Mercury) precisely after the planet’s vibrational essence.

Hermes/Mercury:

The god of translation and interpretation

The most clever of the Olympian gods and served as messenger for all the other gods to mortals. He is or was in Greek mythology:

The god of wealth/riches

The god of good fortune or good luck.

The god of commerce or trade

The god of fertility

The god of thievery or thieves

The god of con artistry or con trade

Tricksters and liars

Manual arts

Speed, smartness and intelligence

Cunningness and shrewdness

Travelers or Traveling.

And the god of ATHLETES ( Mercury gives athletes who receive his energies through his number 5 speed, energy, intelligence and that vital element, good luck or good fortune). As the god of athletes, he watched over the stadiums and gymnasiums in Greek mythology. It is little surprise that a lot of the best and luckiest footballers have strong 5s in their numerological charts. Also, this number rules a lot of politicians.

Hermes/Mercury:

Mercury’s relation to business and speed survives in words like “mercurial,” and “mercantile,” because of his speed, he was sometimes referred to as a god of the winds. As one of the planets known in antiquity, Mercury’s name is at the origin of ‘Wednesday’ in French and other Roman languages; “mercredi” comes from the Latin “mercredi dies” or “mercury’s day.” In the akan community of Ghana a Wednesday born called Kwaku or Kweku is seen as wise and smart. As is noted in the fabled name Kwaku Ananse, the patriarch of treachery and cheat laden folktales.

As a precocious youth Hermes or mercury a mere FIVE minutes after he was born, Hermes stole a herd of cows from his brother, the sun god Apollo. Obscuring their trail by making the herd walk backward when confronted by Apollo, Hermes denied the theft. The brothers were finally reconciled when Hermes gave Apollo his newly invented lyre and received it from him in exchange the herald’s staff (“Caduceus”). A lot of teenage prodigies in football have a strong 5 in their numerological charts.

Hermes also carried a purse or a money bag. The purse signified his role as the Greek god of riches, trade and good fortune and the Roman god of trade, profit, merchants and travelers. Hermes had no wife that history can clearly identify and he was rather promiscuous. A lot of womanizers and sluts have a strong 5 in their numerological charts. 5s are constantly in motion and do not thrive in long term relationships. With the goddess of love and beauty, Aphrodite, Hermes/Mercury had some children. A liaison with Penelope also produced a son Pan.

Hermes/Mercury

In his job as a messenger, Hermes/Mercury wore a broad-rimmed traveler’s hat called “petasos” or “petasus,” (a type of hat that has survived in playboys’ fashion). And also winged sandals which gave him the advantage of speed. An athlete must have a healthy 5 in his numerological chart to really be successful.

In numerology there are: aside from the numerological charts composed of day number, life path number, and Name number, also some essential numbers such as Hidden Passion Number, first name letter’s number etc. Most of these I will write on to help you into a clearer understanding of this subject, Football, and Numerology. We are a long shot from there though, but let me briefly touch on Hidden Passion Number.

This is the number of the most letters in your name. And since a person’s name is the strongest part of his or her numerological chart, the hidden passion number is often the most powerful.

For Example: let me use number 5 since that is the number I am writing on today. In a name like Lionel Andres Messi. Though I have not got to name numbers and their calculations or numerological meanings and the 26 letters of the alphabets and the numbers that represent them, I hope you will not be very lost from this example. Well let me help you some more here. In Pythagoras Numerology, we employ and use the 26 letters of the English alphabet.

1: A, J, S

2: B, K, T

3: C, L, U

4: D, M, V

5: E, N, W

6: F, O, X

7: G, P, Y

8: H, Q, Z

9: I, R

Well, we say A, J, and S are for the number one because in reciting the English alphabets, A is the 1st one which is: 1. J is the 10th one which is (1+0=1) 1, and S is the 19th one which is (1+9=10, 1 + 0= 1) 1.

So when we say hidden passion, I am not going to explain what hidden passion really means in your name and life, that is not for today we shall get there, but for the purpose of today’s example, it is the most letters in your name that come under one of the numbers up there.

So, for the example, I gave, Lionel Andres Messi. He was born on the 24th of June 1987.  24 ( 2+4=6), June (6), 1987: (1+9+8+7 = 25: 2+5 =7). So we have for Lionel Andrés Messi’ s chart:

Day number: 6

Life number 🙁 6+6+7=19), (1+9=10, 1+0= 1): 1

That is:

day number: 6 and Lifepath 1.

As we can see, 6 is not 5 and 1 is not 5 either, but Messi is a very talented footballer who displays so often the quick-thinkingness of Mercury and of course, there is no denying the fact that he has had his share of Mercury’s blessings of good luck and wealth and the global circulation of his name since mercury uses or used his winged feet to travel the Earth over.

5 is the one number in numerology responsible for the intelligence, genuine talent, worldwide fame, wealth, etc OF A FOOTBALLER. A critical look at Messi’s name and we find the letters: ‘N and E’ appearing more than any other letters. And these letters are Mercury’s.

NB this: there can be instances where one number may be as many as other numbers in a name. In such a situation, 5 or whatever numbers they are, will still keep their qualities as the above example along with the qualities of the other number or numbers. That is, the other number’s influence will also be felt.

Also, the hidden passion alone cannot be a determining factor, as the name number, the life path number and day number should all be in very lucky compatibility for the individual footballer to be a real success in his football career and be very helpful to his team’s cause.

Do not worry, I will write extensively on this when we get there.

Some examples of footballers with strong 5s in their numerological numbers are:

Zinedine Yazid Zidane (June 23rd 1972, day number 5, and hidden passion 5. He also has the hidden passion 9).

Lionel Andrés Messi (June 24th 1987, he has a hidden passion 5).

Edson Arantes do Nascimento (Pelé): (October 23rd, 1940, he has the hidden passion 5 and day of birth 5).

Neymar da Silva Santos(jnr.): (February 5th 1992, he has the day of birth 5).

Thierry Daniel Henry ( August 17th 1977, he does not have day or life path numbers 5. He is richly blessed with HIDDEN PASSION 5. He also has hidden passion 9).

Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro ( February 5th 1985, day number 5 and name number 140 (1+4+0=5): 5. It’s little wonder he just cannot stay in one country.

Kylian Mbappé Lottin (December 20th 1998,  life path number (1+2 + 2+0 +1+9+9+8 =32 (3+2): 5.

Etc.

Next week it will be numerology number 6.  The number 6 in numerology is ruled by Venus, the goddess of beauty, wealth, and worldly pleasures. She is also the goddess of fine arts. A lot of very successful artists and athletes are ruled by this number or have a strong 6 in their numerological charts. Unfortunately, Venus alone cannot bring about global fame.

If you like this program please sponsor/support it. The dream is to make the world a better place using superior knowledge. By first understanding this, we can find out the way to avert potential errors. Football and Numerology is a novel subjects, and cannot be found anywhere but here.
