Dutch-born Ghanaian defender Mitch Apau is set to sign for Erste division side FC Emmen.
Apau played for Croatian outfit Slaven Belupo on loan this ended season from Belgian lower-tier side Patro Eisden and he is now looking for a new club.
Sportsworldghana.com can confirm that the experienced right-back had two weeks trials with FC Emmen and he has greatly impressed manager Dick Lukkien.
Talks are ongoing and Apau and he looks set to join Emmen for a fee around 300,000 Euros in the coming days.
He previously played for Ajax, AZ Alkmaar, Westerlo and a host of other teams.
