Ghana Premier League giants Ashantigold SC have completed the signing of Asokwa Deportivo SC striker Gordon Kusi Brokelyn, SportsworldGhana.com can confirm.
The 20-year-old Ghanaian prodigy have penned a five-year deal with the Black and Yellows Club after impressing in the Ghana Second Tier League this campaign for the Asokwa-based club.
The budding striker was the first Deportivo player to score in the Division One League when he netted the first goal in Deportivo’s 2-1 against Swedru All Blacks and also set up the winner in that game.
The youngster scored again in his second game against Venomous Vipers FC in the club’s week two game in Cape Coast to make it two goals in two games.
Before his move to Ashantigold in the ongoing transfer window in Ghana, he totaled three goals and provided four assists in ten matches for the Allah is Great team.
With his pace, agility and enormous strength making him unplayable on a good day, the young lad is expected to hit the ground running in colours of the Obuasi-based lads in the second round of the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League season which starts on April 2.
