Danish Superliga side FC Nordsjaelland have described Michael Essien’s LGBTQI hat as a lucky hat following the team’s three straight wins.
Before Essien started wearing the rainbow coloured hat, the Wild Tigers were with just a win in three games.
After Essien’s introduction of his LGBTQI, the Red and Yellows have gone three straights wins in the Danish Superligaen with their latest victory coming against Vejle Boldklub at the Right to Dream arena.
The former Chelsea and Olympic Lyon star declared his support for the LGBTQI society publicly and has since been showing them enormous love in Denmark.
Essien dated a Ghanaian TV goddess, Nadia Buari in the past and is currently married to a woman despite announcing his support to Gays and Lesbians across the globe.
