Asante Kotoko management under Chief Executive Officer Nana Yaw Amponsah has generated not less than 12 million GHC for the club since coming into office some five months ago, the CEO has revealed.
“Since we came into office we have generated about 12 million GHC and so far about 1.2 million GHC of that amount has already been paid into our account” Nana Yaw Amponsah made the revelation on Oyerepa FM.
The 2019 GFA Presidential candidate was outpoured as Kotoko CEO on August 7th and what has followed since that time has been announcements of bid deals like Hisense, VEO etc.
To generate such big amount in a little over five months is certainly a good start.
Meanwhile Kotoko were defeated 1-0 by Al-Hilal Omdurman at the Accra Sport stadium during the first leg of the First round of the CAF Champions League. The return leg will be played between 5 and 6 January 2021.
