16 teams have been grouped into a group of 4 as the road is now cleared for the second round of the 2023/2024 CAF Confederation Cup.
The draw ceremony was held in South African on the afternoon of Friday, October 6, 2023, where the various qualified teams got to know their group stage opponents.
Ghana Premier League side, Dreams FC were paired in Group C alongside Club Africain, Academica do Lobito and Rivers United.
The group phase of the Confederation Cup will begin on Sunday, November 26, 2023, through to March 3, 2024.

Group B – Zamalek (EGY), Sagrada Esperança (ANG), Academie SOAR, Abu Salim (LBY).
