ES Setif head coach Nabil Al Kouki is pleased with his team’s CAF Confederations Cup qualification despite failing to defeat Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Sunday.
The Algerian outfit were outplayed by Asante Kotoko at their own backyard in the goalless draw yesterday but went through to the money zone on a 2-1 aggregate.
Al-Kouki mentioned that they have achieved target of getting to the next stage of the competition and they are hoping to go far.
‘We have achieved our goal to reach the group stage,and we aspire to go far in this competition.” Kouki told his club’s media.
The draw for the Group stage of the competition is expected to take place this week.
