Dutch striker of Ghanaian parentage Brian Brobbey says he will sign a new deal with Ajax Amsterdam.
Reports in the world media last week suggested that talks between the player’s agent Mino Raiola and the Dutch giants have broken down but the player has revealed that there is no iota of truth in it as negotiations are far advanced for a new contract.
“The contract extension will be fine. My agent Mino Raiola is in talks with Marc Overmars. I will be 100% sure to sign up.” He told Telegraaf.
“This is just the beginning. By working very hard, I want to become a permanent fixture.” Brobbey added when asked about his plans in the senior team
The 18-year-old striker made his Ajax debut and scored in the 5-2 victory over Fortuna Sittard last week.
