French-based midfielder, Salis Abdul Samed has been named in the 30 man squad for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations tournament next month.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian midfielder gets his first ever Ghana call-up to represent the four-time AFCON champions at the next edition in Cameroon.
Salis has been a pivot and a consistent performer for his club Clermont Foot in the French Ligue 1 this season for the newly promoted team.
He has made 17 appearances in the French Ligue 1 playing against the best teams in the competition and facing World class midfielders day in day out in France.
The tournament will be held in Cameroon next month.
