Asante Kotoko have completed the signing of striker Andy Kumi Francis on the transfer deadline day.
The youngster joins the Porcupine Warriors from lower-tier side Unistar Soccer Academy on a four-and-a-half-year contract.
The Division One League player was named in the 32-man squad for the AFCON qualifiers games against South Africa and Sao Tome and Principe in last month to begin preparation for this month’s crucial two matches.
Andy Kumi scored seven goals in five matches in the Division One League for the Swedru-based club which led to his Black Stars call-up.
