Karela United central midfielder Umar Bashiru is happy following hos side’s win over WAFA in the Ghana Premier League game on Sunday.
Bashiru, a former skipper of WAFA was immense in the heart of midfield as Karela went to Sogakope to pick all the three maximum points against the Academy boys
”Over the years, Karela has never beaten WAFA in Sogokope and I’m excited we broke the jinx, I believed the team work, determination was the key to this feat”. He told the Press
Bashiru has netted 7 goals and won five man of the match awards so far this campaign.
