Newly-promoted Ghana Premier League side, Basake Holy Stars Football Club, has appointed Abdulai Gazale as their head coach ahead of the 2024/25 football season.
The club announced the former Asante Kotoko coach’s appointment on its official X page on Wednesday, August 28. Gazale’s signing is a significant move as Basake Holy Stars aim to make a strong impression in their debut season in the Ghana Premier League.
“We are pleased to announce the signing of Abdulai Gazale as our head coach. He has penned down a three-year contract with us,” the club revealed in its announcement.
Gazale’s first major challenge will come in the opening match of the season, where Basake Holy Stars will face off against the formidable Hearts of Oak.
